How do I subscribe to my stream in my podcast app?
Open the Listen tab and copy your stream's RSS URL, then add it by URL in your podcast app. Most apps support this — Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Overcast, and AntennaPod all have an “add a show by URL / add a feed” option. Paste the URL there and your personalised stream appears like any other subscription.
Why is my stream empty right now?
This is almost always normal, not a bug. Crumplet is scheduled and ephemeral: episodes only appear during the schedule block that's currently active, and they age out based on each pool's rules. Outside your scheduled windows — or before your sources have been crawled — the stream is deliberately empty. It will fill again during your next active block. If a block isactive and it's still empty, your pools may simply have no matching episodes yet; try again after the next crawl, or loosen a pool's filter rules.
My podcast app isn't showing new episodes.
Podcast apps poll feeds on their own schedule and don't always respect cache headers, so there can be a lag before an app picks up changes. The web player (the Listen tab) is always the live, up-to-the-minute view — if something looks stale in your app but correct in the player, it's your app's refresh timing, not the stream.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Crumplet is currently free while in pre-launch, so there's nothing to cancel. Once paid plans are available, you'll be able to manage or cancel your subscription any time through the customer portal linked from your account settings.
Where is my data, and how do I delete my account?
We store the things you create — your pools, schedules, streams, and any MP3s you upload. We never store or re-host podcast audio: your stream links straight back to each episode's original source (the only exception is your own uploaded files). You can request account deletion from your account settings, or email us and we'll take care of it.
How do I report a bug or ask for help?
Email us at support@crumplet.com or use the contact form below. If the app showed you a reference code with an error, please include it — it lets us find exactly what happened on our side.
Is the service down?
A public status page is planned. In the meantime, if the app is unreachable or erroring, email support@crumplet.com and we'll take a look.
How do pools, schedules, and streams work?
There are four ideas. Sources are the individual podcasts you add. A pool groups sources together with filter rules (by episode age, duration, or keywords). A schedule attaches pools to time-of-day and day-of-week blocks — so mornings can surface one pool and evenings another. Your stream is the single personal RSS feed that ties it together: on every request it looks at whichever schedule block is active right now and serves just that. Set them up once in the wizard and subscribe in any podcast app.
